Organization profile

Scientific research plays a central role at the European University of Rome. It provides essential innovation for updating the Educational Offer and supports UER's role as a key player in socio-cultural development. Research activities are carried out in cooperation with other universities, research centers, and cultural institutions, both nationally and internationally, with the aim of developing broad and common initiatives and projects.

Our uniqueness lies in combining curiosity for the future and innovation with a strong commitment to promoting science that serves individuals and the well-being of society. For this reason, we promote a research method that rejects the fragmentation of knowledge, values interdisciplinarity, and fosters a unified vision of knowledge. We recognize research as playing an indispensable role in promoting the common good.

Research activities are managed by the Department of Human Sciences.
