PhD in Law (University of Southampton, 2018); Master of Arts in Criminal Justice (University of Southampton, 2001); LL.B. (Universidad Iberoamericana, 2000). He was awarded an scolarship to develop his doctoral research in the UK (CONACYT, 2013-2017). +20 years lecturing, teaching and researching about Philosophy of Law and criminal justice topics. He held varios postions in the prosecution service in the state of Puebla (2002-2007). Deputy head of posgraduate studies at Escuela Libre de Derecho de Puebla (2007-2013) and Head of posgraduate studies in law at Universidad Anáhuac Cancún (2022-2023). Currently, he is Head of research at Universidad Anáhuac Cancún (2018-). He is a founding member of the Cabrera Inn (1997) of the International Legal Honor Society Phi Delta Phi .
