More than 16 years of experience in higher education in areas of teaching, coordination and management of various processes such as community service and internships, university-society linkage, teacher training and doctoral training. Peer evaluator of academic programs in higher education. Collaborator in research teams, doctor trainer and junior researcher who has published in Q1 level journals in a short time. Currently working on the research projects: The impact of training and institutional trajectories on the leadership of rectors in Ibero-America and Capacities of the Municipal Governments in Mexico for the Development of Clusters. She is currently coordinator of the doctorate in leadership and management of educational institutions at Universidad Anáhuac Puebla.
